For pre-operative skin preparation and surface disinfectant dilute 10mL in 15mL clean water and make up to 100mL with industrial methylated spirits. (To produce 0.5% w/v 70% w/v alcohol solution)

Prepared aqueous solutions should be used within 1 month, and prepared alcohol solutions within 12 months.
